  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been packed and dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or outstation areas may take slightly longer.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistic delays, shipping times may be extended.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on eligible orders.

  • For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select orders.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal of COD parcels without a genuine reason may limit your eligibility for COD in the future.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.


6. Shipping Partners

  • We work only with reliable and reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Every parcel is packed with care before leaving our facility.
