1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Please note: Products that are opened, tested, or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
2. Proof Requirement
To ensure a quick resolution, we require a clear unboxing video as proof. The video must show:

The sealed package before opening.

The shipping label on the package.

The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
This helps us verify your claim and prevents misuse of the return policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes, testers, and samples.

Products damaged due to mishandling or negligence.

Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
4. How to Request a Return

The unboxing video
Once your request is verified and approved, our team will arrange the pickup (where available) or guide you on how to ship the product back.
5. Refund & Replacement
After inspection, if the return is approved, you can choose between:

A replacement of the same product, or

A full refund
Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after product inspection and credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details to transfer the refund securely.
6. Important Notes

Returns without proper proof (unboxing video) will not be accepted.

We do not provide refunds for orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.

In rare cases of courier delays, returns/refunds may take longer, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.
